Shipping inside the United States and U.S. Territories

• Standard Delivery
• For the most part orders will arrive within 6-9 business days for in-stock items, and allocate 2 additional days for rural zip codes.
• Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may arrive separately. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate Packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges. 
• Shipping is estimated by the product weight.

Express Delivery 

• Not offered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Item must be in stock

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories*

• Order delivered within 5-7 business days for in stock items only.
• Add $5.00 to the U.S. Standard Shipping and Handling Charges.

*U.S. territories include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

APO and FPO Addresses 

• Orders are sent via United States Postal Services.
• Orders will typically arrive within 21 business days (for in-stock items only).

Backordered Items

• Backordered items will be billed proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.
• Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
• Backordered items will be shipped via standard delivery.

Oversized Items

• Oversized items arrive in 7-14 business days after leaving the warehouse.
• Freight companies are not responsible to unload the item and carry the item inside. Therefore have the recipient have someone to aide in the unloading of the items.
• If a gift, please include all contact information for the recipient, so that they may be contacted in the event that delivery warrants it.

RETURN POLICIES

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
• Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
• Return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Item must be unopened or original conditions, with a copy of the packing form.
• Shipping cost will not be refunded.
• The package should include your return form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
• If exchanging the item, please follow the return instructions and once the item has returned to Kokeetos® the new item will be mail to you, at no shipping cost.

Return Instructions

Follow the detailed instructions when packing and sending your item back for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return correctly.

• Send the item in its original packaging.
• Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
• Include a copy of the packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing form.
• Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please send it via certified mail. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.
• Unless a different return address is specified on your packing form, all returns should be sent to the following address:

Return Exceptions

• The following items may not be returned to Kokeetos®
• Opened movies, music, wrapped books and board games. 
• Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) or serial number. (Note: if the items above are damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for these items once returned in its original conditions and packaging).

Returns for Drop Ship Items

All drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Shipment Refusal

Customers who decline to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery.

Missing Items

No credit will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in original condition).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you will receive a refund. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.

Recall Return Policy 

• Kokeetos® will with pleasure accept returns on recalled items. 
• If you choose to return your item, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment as long as the item is accompanied by your packing form.

Orders

Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars. Once an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can choose to cancel the order and your card will be refunded for any backordered items that you do not wish to wait for.
